POLICIES/INFO: **There is NO minimum order. **Your order will be shipped by FEDEX or USPS. **With each order, give us the complete name, street address, & zip code of where the order will be shipped. **FEDEX does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. You must have a physical address in order to recieve FEDEX shipments. **For orders over 4 pounds(lbs.) shipped by the U.S. Post Office, an addtional $2.00 will be added to shipping charges. **CREDIT CARD ACCEPTANCE: For your security, all orders that are processed & paid for by credit card will be shipped to the billing address that your credit card bill is sent to. If you would like to have your order shipped to a different address you should contact the bank which issued your credit card (the 1-800 number should be on the back of your credit card) and have your bank to add the 'ship to' address as an alternate address for your credit card account. Otherwise, you may mail us a money order or check at the address below to have your order shipped to a different address. **CHECK ACCEPTANCE:We no longer accept personal checks as payment for orders. You must contact us within 7 days of the date that your package was delivered for exchanges or in-store credit. DO NOT return any items to The House of Fragrances without our authorization. NO CREDIT will be given for unauthorized returns. **To ensure the quality of our products, we do not accept returns on consumable merchandise. Consumable merchandise includes fragrances, lotions, shower gels, body mists, massage oils, shea butters, creams, and soaps. This policy is to ensure that the product you receive from us is safe, sanitary and has not been contaminated by any outside sources. We encourage you to order our sample sized products (when available) to examine the high quality of our products before purchasing larger quantities. Returns must be received in good, unused condition in order to be accepted. If items are not received in resaleable condition, they will not be accepted or credited. Unless due to an error on our part or if the merchandise is defective, the return will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee to cover the costs of packaging, labor, and credit card fees we have incurred.
